Add Splash RPX-ii software to the EFI Fiery Network Colour Server and turn your DocuColor 242/252/260 printer-copier into the ultimate toolkit for the graphic arts professional.

Employ colour management, document management and production features that will satisfy the precision printing needs of the most demanding creative assignment.

• ColorCal® offers a closed-loop calibration system using a simple yet effective scanand- print interface.

• Colour Tuner lets the user edit the output colour of RIPped pages before printing all copies of the job. Colour Tuner can be used to make minimal corrections not provided by colour profile selection and calibration and to make significant corrections to colour content.

• Hot Folders allow users to create multiple drop folders and apply a specific set of job options to any Postscript, TIFF, EPS, PDF, or DCS 2.0 files placed in the folder. Users can create unlimited numbers of Hot Folders.

• Save time, eliminate waste, and reduce costs with Job Pre-Flighting, which gives DocuColor 242 / 252 / 260 printer-copier users the power to review jobs for errors before their projects hit paper.

• Standard Splash production features include Schedule Job (to automate workflow) and SetBuilder (group documents and print them with one set of commands).

• Users can choose from two configurations: direct connect Splash to the EFI Fiery Network Colour Server (turning the DocuColor 242 / 252 / 260 into a dedicated Splash system) or network connect (print to the DocuColor 242 / 252 / 260 throughSplash or through EFI Fiery Network Colour Server) – the choice is yours.
